Onboarding is a one-time fee, quoted for your shop after a quick chat. It depends on the number of training days, the level of customisation, and how many branches and employees you have. It covers setup, moving your data in, and training your team. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Yes. Tell us how many branches you run and we'll include them in your onboarding quote and setup.
Both plans include WhatsApp and email support after you go live, plus team training during onboarding. Annual Plan customers get priority WhatsApp support.
Yes. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice by email or WhatsApp. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed. Paid periods and the one-time setup fee aren't refundable once onboarding has started. You can export your data before you leave.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your business data is never sold or shared. Regular automated backups ensure you never lose critical information.
